I hope the only answer isn't "create two events" but here goes: We want to separate our registration between students and everyone else. I know I can create drop downs and custom information for registration categories, but the amount of different information we need to provide to the two groups creates a text heavy form. I was hoping that my landing page could have a button for "Students register here!" and "Everyone else register here!", and I could customize those two registration pages separately. Is this possible?
The easiest answer is, of course, to create two events, each with its own registration. However, if the difference is primarily informational, you can have the invitation email link to two separate PDF documents with the different information. Then at the end of each PDF you link a button to the same event registration.
