The card I have been using for The Minority Gang was hacked in South Florida about 3 months ago. My bank notified me & closed the account and issued me a new card. I did not realize that we were paying for Constant Contact on that acct. (your service we have been using for a number of years). We haven’t used Constant Contact for about 2 yrs. but have paid faithfully for membership in your service. We have planned on resuming our e-mail campaigns in November 2019. We would like to stay with your company, but it seems unfair in light of the circumstances that we would have to pay you for a service we did not use while one of our accounts was being hacked here in Florida. I know it’s not a lot of money....but what seems fair would be to give you you our new acct. # to draw a monthly fee of & not be punished for being robbed by computer hackers
I apologize you've had this experience! I can completely understand how important both the security and billing of your account is. In fact to help maintain account security we are unable to go into an account's billing details here in the Community. Instead we ask that user's call into our Billing Support for assistance. I can however see you were able to speak with this team about this. If you have any further questions please feel free to give a call back into this department. One of our Billing agents can help find the answers you need.
