Hi Matthew, 

I do see that your account is scheduled for a review. This is a quick check in for us to go over some best practices and take a look at your collection techniques to make sure you are doing everything to can to be successful with the account. Our Account Review team completes these reviews via phone, give them a call! You will need to complete this before you send out your next email.
