My account

Can you please say why the pricing on our account has gone from $28.00 to $42.00 per month and why our credit card was charged without our explicit authorization. I do like this service, but not understanding the 50% increase in price or asking if we would like to continue or if we were OK with $42 per month. We are a non-profit.

We're sorry for any confusion regarding the pricing and billing for your account. Because we are a subscription service, applicable fees are billed monthly as referenced in our User Terms & Conditions. Please contact Billing Support directly to discuss your questions and concerns in detail with a billing representative.
