I've been a customer since 2009, I never knew I had a Welcome message. It has an outdated email address, and I don't care for your message...How much control do I have over content? How can I make changes

The Welcome email included in your account is very editable and you are certainly encouraged to replace the content with any text that is more relevant to your business! This email is sent out to any contacts who join your mailing list by using one of our sign-up tools. Here are a few helpful links about how to edit the Welcome email:
