NEW FORMAT

Hi Team.

I opened a new account for one of my regional offices, and they have the new platform, but I still have the old one.  How can I upgrade to the new format?

Thank you so much for reaching out! I will go ahead and add the new format to your account. You will be able to create new content, using our new editor! Bear in mind, any campaign copied from an email that was created using the old editor will stay in that old editor. If you have any questions about our newest editor, feel free to reach out here, or check our Knowledge Base (here is a great tutorial on how to transition to the new editor!).
