Thanks for posting! At this time you will need to call into the billing team to have the account closed. Here is a link to their billing information.

Hi Tamara,

I am sorry to hear you won't be using the account. It looks like you have an expired trial so there is no need to cancel. Since we don't have any credit card information your account will not ever be a paid account.

Cancel a product

I do not have the option to cancel my account, it is mandatory to call to your office to do it. And the worst thing, in spanish nobody answer the phone.

I apologize for any inconvenience. We do require that you speak to our Billing Team in order to cancel your account. Here is their contact information. We do have spanish speaking reps that can assist you. We did have a longer than normal hold time today but that isn't the case currently.
