Thank you for posting. Are you not interested in having a profile here in the Community or are you looking to delete your account? The Community is optional to you. You can update your screen name from within your Constant Contact account.
If you are looking to close the account our billing team will be happy to help. At this time you can only cancel via phone so the account will be open until you give them a call.
I am sorry to hear of your frustration. It looks like the wait time in billing is under 2 mins at this time if you would like to try calling again. For security, the account can only be closed via phone.

It is ridiculous to be given the run around just to cancel an account. I have been a customer for over five (5) years - we no longer use this method of communication to our database - so obviously I want to STOP paying you for a service we have rarely used this year.

Due to account security, we can't process cancellation requests through the Community. You will need to reach out to our Billing Team and they will get you taken care of. These calls take a few minutes or less and they will never pressure you to keep your account if you don't want too. I'm sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your account. For your account security, we cannot process cancellation requests here in the Community. In order to cancel your account we would need you to call into our Billing team. Here is a link with their hours and phone numbers.
I have tried to call, but you do not seem to have someone I can reach in my time zone (Asia), any suggestions?

The call only takes a few minutes and we will not pressure you to stay if you do not wish to do so. Here is a link to our Billing phone numbers and hours. There is an international number on there.
