I'm sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your account. For your account security, we cannot process cancellation requests here in the Community. In order to cancel your account we would need you to call into our Billing team. Here is a link with their hours and phone numbers.
I am sorry to hear of this frustration. What browser are you working in when you get the blank page? Do you have another on your computer you can try?

I just found these options, are they new or don't they do what they would appear to do?
This isn't a new feature but only shows if you have more than one product. In your screenshots you would be able to cancel Email or Survey from online but once you were down to the single product you would see a message to call to close the account completely.
Since you have three products you are able to remove two individual products from your account before you would need to call to close it.
