Hello @ShelleyB944. Trial accounts automatically close after the 90 day trial period therefore, you do not need to call in to cancel your trial account. Please let us know if you need any additional assistance.
I'm sorry that you have had an issue cancelling your account. I have taken a look at your username and it appears that you are part of a partner billed account. In this case I am going to suggest reaching out to our Partner Support team for more information. They can be reached at 855-844-8609 and are available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET on Fridays. In addition to that, please feel free to reach out to our billing team directly at 855-229-5506. They are available from Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.
In order to cancel your account, we do require you to call into our Billing department. Their phone numbers can be found on our Contact Us page, and they are open Monday through Friday from 7AM-9PM EST. The account will be open and billable until then.

I need help in discountinuing my payment plan to free plan. Would I need to deactivate my account? If so, please guide me on this as well.
