In this case I am going to suggest reaching out to our Partner Support team for more information. They can be reached at 855-844-8609 and are available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET on Fridays. In addition to that, please feel free to reach out to our billing team directly at 855-229-5506. They are available from Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.
In order to cancel your account, we do require you to call into our Billing department. Their phone numbers can be found on our Contact Us page, and they are open Monday through Friday from 7AM-9PM EST. The account will be open and billable until then.
Please contact International Billing Support and they will assist you with cancelling your account. They are available Monday - Friday, 7am - 9pm ET.
I need help in discountinuing my payment plan to free plan. Would I need to deactivate my account? If so, please guide me on this as well.

While we do request a call to cancel, calls take a few minutes or less and we will not pressure customers to stay active if they do not wish to do so.
