I'm sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your account. For your account security, we cannot process cancellation requests here in the Community. In order to cancel your account we would need you to call into our Billing team. Here is a link with their hours and phone numbers.

I apologize for the long wait trying to reach the Billing team. It is certainly not the experience we want. We do require you to call and speak with a Billing agent to cancel the account. Generally, if you can call earlier or later in the day the wait time for Billing will be a lot less and the actual process for cancelling will only take a few minutes. I absolutely understand your frustration and will make sure to pass your feedback to the right people.
Constant Contact does require you to call in and speak with our Billing team in order to cancel your account. The call only takes a few minutes or less and we leverage the information given by you to drive improvement of our products and services.
