I'm sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your account. For your account security, we cannot process cancellation requests here in the Community. In order to cancel your account we would need you to call into our Billing team. Here is a link with their hours and phone numbers.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues reaching one of our Billing agents. We do require you to call and speak with a Billing agent in order to cancel your account. I encourage you to try again to connect. If you are still experiencing an issue please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the number you have been attempting to call, and a reference to this post. We'll take a look and see if we can understand what is going on.

Great product, horrible customer service

This is a great product and have benefited from this service however, trying to cancel my subscription is only available through calling the customer service? Why are you not able to cancel online? Tried calling to cancel and the wait was OVER AN HOUR! This is unacceptable.

I apologize for the long wait trying to reach the Billing team. It is certainly not the experience we want. We do require you to call and speak with a Billing agent to cancel the account. Generally, if you can call earlier or later in the day the wait time for Billing will be a lot less and the actual process for cancelling will only take a few minutes. I absolutely understand your frustration and will make sure to pass your feedback to the right people.

Constant Contact does require you to call in and speak with our Billing team in order to cancel your account. The call only takes a few minutes or less and we leverage the information given by you to drive improvement of our products and services. Often times we are able to address any concerns or issues that might be contributing to the desire to cancel service. Click here for their contact information.

cancel my subscription

Please cancel my subscription. I am only loosing money. Money that I don't have. I no longer need your services. I don't need you because I have no emails to continue and from what I have read this is not for me. Thanks, Kevin

I'm sorry you are looking to cancel your account. For your security, we ask for to call in to our Billing department in order to cancel. We ask for you call in to cancel so we can collect valuable feedback and suggestions from them to improve our product. cancel plan

Dear Mr. Jasso, I simply can't afford all these different software plans. I must find something that does everything for $150 a month. Constant Contact is superior but, I can't afford it because it does not meet all of my needs. Please cancel my account.

Hello I am based in Australia and I want to cancel my account. How do I do that?
