Can you provide the full number I need to call. I am extremeley disapointed that I can not cancel online. I have been serching for over 20 minutes to find out how to do so. Now I read on line that I have to phone a number and wait for over 30 minutes. This is very inconvinient to me and it almost feels as if you as a business are being dishonest. It leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and I am not sure I will come back again as a result.

We do ask customers to call our Billing department for their account security and also to collect valuable feedback about our product. The call only takes a few minutes and we will not pressure you to stay if you do not wish to do so. Here is how to contact our Billing department.

I am a constant contact user from Asia. Because of the time difference, I cannot call the support center. I have emailed them asking support. Now I have no answer, no clue how to cancel it. I have not been using this account for like 4,5 months and it has been billed automatically. Now, tomorrow is next due date. i want to cancel it before that!!! This is super frustrating!!! I need constant contact to contact me immediately
Hello @AnudariB. I'm sorry that you have had difficulty contacting our Billing department. We do ask our customers to call in to cancel or suspend for the security of their account. It does look like you were able to get in touch with our Support department through email but you had some additional questions and concerns. I'm going to send over some information to you in regards to these questions.
I would like to cancel my Constant Contact Subscription effective 6/30/17. Please let me know the process for doing that.
