I'm really sorry about the long hold times we were experiencing. Unfortunately in order to cancel your account, we require you to call into our Billing Support team so that your account information remains secure. I took a look at your account, and it looks like you were able to get through to get the account scheduled to be canceled. Please cancel my subscription and refund THE PRORATED AMOUNT IF POSSIBLE. I have not gotten any results from these mailings so far and I have personally stopped my activity because I have to think of what to do next the fact that there is no response to my mailings. This doesn't mean that I want to be scratched out of your books because I will probably use your services again once I find a way out of this mess/business to start something new.
