I tried to ring up to cancel my account but 1 time listening to machine and just now at 6:00 vietnam time talked to someone and pass me to billing team....keep waiting and waiting no one available at all.
I strongly request to cancel my account today as well as we should have the right to cancel our account online instead of calling for no one answer.
