We are so sorry to see you go! Unfortunately, we ask that you call in to cancel, as there are concerns about account security, but also to gain valuable feedback to better improve our product. You can reach Billing support here, and their hours and numbers are listed in that link. It will only take a few minutes to call in. Thank you for your understanding.

I wish t cancel my account and received a message only when I phoned

Hi, I live in Australia and I've tried to cancel my account. I phoned and went through to billing support. I got a recorded message and it then hung up. I think it's because I'm not awake when you people are. Can I please cancel my account via email? My email is: Thanks, Julia

**bleep** IT!!!!! I wasn't expecting my feedback to be live where anyone could view it. Can you please remove that post above as I have personal information in it. Perhaps you could let people know that would be live before they post feedback.

I removed the email address from your post per your request. I can understand not wanting to have personal information out there.

 

However, we do require you to call and speak with our Billing team. They are available 8AM to 8PM ET Monday through Friday and can be reached at the numbers listed here. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we do it to protect account security.
