I am very sorry you have not been able to get ahold of anyone. We definitely want to assist you with this. In order to cancel your account you do have to call the Billing department. Click here to make sure you have the right number and view their hours of operations. It should only take a few minutes of your time once you connect with an agent.

Their hours and numbers are listed here. There is an option to suspend the account, for a very minimal monthly fee, that way you can retain your data, without paying the same price as an active account. Hopefully that helps!
