I've been trying to cancel my service for weeks. I can't get ahold of anyone and I'm very frustrated.

Hello @DallasJames,

 

I am very sorry you have not been able to get ahold of anyone. We definitely want to assist you with this. In order to cancel your account you do have to call the Billing department. Click here to make sure you have the right number and view their hours of operations. It should only take a few minutes of your time once you connect with an agent.

Downgrade our service or terminate our service

How can I terminate or downgrade my service with Constant Contact? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out in the Community for your question! For all billing related inquiries, and for product cancellation, we ask that you do call in to our billing support specialists. Their hours and numbers are listed here. There is an option to suspend the account, for a very minimal monthly fee, that way you can retain your data, without paying the same price as an active account. Hopefully that helps!

wait times

I do not have over 30 minutes to sit on hold and wait. I would like to suspend my account please. There should be a way for me to do this online without the excessive wait time.

Thank you for reaching out here to the Community for your suspension request. Unfortunately, any billing related issues do have to go to our Billing specialists on the phone. This is due to account security. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

disappointed in websigte & your call center

I am very disappointed with your customer service and web site. I need to cancel one account (I have multiple) and have been on hold for 10 mins- your customer service SUCKS. its more insulting listening to your pre-recorded sales pitch for now 12 mins. Lame

Unfortunately, the only way to cancel an account is to speak with one of our Billing specialists. This is mainly due to account security, but we also want to get your valuable feedback.
