Thank you for reaching out! Please call our Billing team and they can assist you in cancelling your account. These calls take a few minutes or less and there's no pressure to keep your account active if you do not wish to do so. Here's how to contact our Billing team, as well as their hours of operation:

We are sorry to see you go. Unfortunately, there is not a way to cancel the account online - we do ask that you call in. The call will only take a few minutes, and there is no pressure for you to stay with us if you do not want. We ask that you call in just due to Account Security. I'm sorry to hear you'd like to leave us. However, because of Account Security, we cannot process cancellations online. Please give our Billing specialists a call, their numbers and hours are listed here. It will only take a minute when you are speaking to our Billing specialists, and there won't be any pressure for you to stay if you don't want to. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Hike of Charges - Deactivating Account

Hello Constant Contact It is a matter of great regret that you have hiked your charges in exact double without giving us any notice. We had a telephonic conversation with you in December 2016 and as per that you have given us an offer of US $20 per month as we are a small company. But very recently we get to know that you have debited US $40 from our credit card from April 2017 and have debited additional amount of US $80 from that credit card account till date. We are using your services since about 3 years only because you have given a special price beyond which we cannot afford. As we are very upset about this recent changes from your part, we have decided to close the account from your website because we cannot afford more than $20.. Please revert back ASAP and refund the amount USD80 which was excessively charged. Thanking you,
