I want to cancel my account.

Please call me so I can cancel my account.  Can't find a way to do it online.

We are very sorry to see you leave us. I apologize for the inconvenience, but the only way to cancel the account is to give our Billing associates a call. This is mainly due to account security, but we also would like to gather your valuable feedback, in order to improve the product. The call will only take a few minutes, and there will be no pressure for you to stay with us if you don't want to. Here are our billing numbers and hours.

Contact outside the UK

Hi,

I am from Australia and have an account under the name of . It is very hard to be able to contact your team at certain hours. I need to cancel our account as we are ceasing our trading. Calling the UK is not practical and your live chat isn't available at any times that coincide with our working hours.

Could I please cancel our account at the end of this month's billing cycle please?

I apologize for any inconvenience but we are not able to process account cancellations in the Community. We ask that you call and speak with our Billing team in order to do so. Once you connect it should only take a few minutes of your time. Click here for their hours and contact information, including the international number.

cancelling account

i think it's awful that you make us call to cancel and then there is a 30+ minute hold time. that's really lousy customer service.

I am so sorry for the long wait time trying to reach Billing. We do ask that you call to cancel, however if you are able to call earlier or later in the day the wait time is usually a lot shorter. Once you connect it should only take a few minutes.

I'm on hold to cancel now for almost 16 minutes! This is ridiculous!

Cancel my membership

I love your services until today. I am retired and no longer want to continue with Constant Contact. And, after being held waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, I hung up and I sear, I will never recommend your services or return. I felt like a prisoner. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.AS OF TODAY 7-31-21
