I am from Australia and have an account under the name of . It is very hard to be able to contact your team at certain hours. I need to cancel our account as we are ceasing our trading. Calling the UK is not practical and your live chat isn't available at any times that coincide with our working hours.
Could I please cancel our account at the end of this month's billing cycle please?

i think it's awful that you make us call to cancel and then there is a 30+ minute hold time. that's really lousy customer service.
I am so sorry for the long wait time trying to reach Billing. We do ask that you call to cancel, however if you are able to call earlier or later in the day the wait time is usually a lot shorter. Once you connect it should only take a few minutes.
