cancelling account

i think it's awful that you make us call to cancel and then there is a 30+ minute hold time. that's really lousy customer service.

I am so sorry for the long wait time trying to reach Billing. We do ask that you call to cancel, however if you are able to call earlier or later in the day the wait time is usually a lot shorter. Once you connect it should only take a few minutes.

I'm on hold to cancel now for almost 16 minutes! This is ridiculous!

Cancel my membership

I love your services until today. I am retired and no longer want to continue with Constant Contact. And, after being held waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, I hung up and I sear, I will never recommend your services or return. I felt like a prisoner. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.AS OF TODAY 7-31-21

I am sorry for any inconveniences caused by the long wait times. However, we do require you to call and speak with Billing in order to cancel your account. Once you’re connected the process should only take a few minutes. I recommend trying to call earlier or later in the day. We understand your time is important, but your account will be open and billable until then. Click here for their hours and contact information.

Can you please cancel this account, there is nowhere on your web site to enable this and its unreasonable.

I apologize there isn't an option online to cancel your account, and for any inconvenience that may cause. Unfortunately a cancellation does require a call in to our Billing department due to Account Security. It will only take a few minutes, and there will be no pressure to stay if you don't want to. Here are the best hours and numbers to reach the Billing Department.
