We apologize for any inconvenience in canceling your account and we are sad to see you go! However, in order to cancel your account, you'll need to contact our Billing Support directly. The billing department is available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST. You can find Billing department contact information here. A verbal cancellation is required for the process to be completed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

We need to cancel our CC subscription

I could not find a cancel subscription button so I erased the Credit Card number. Seems like you should offer a more straight forward method. We liked the service but are moving in a different direction.

Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty in canceling your account. Due to security issues, we only handle cancellations through the phone. While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure customers to stay active if they do not wish to do so. Only want one month!!!

I only wanted one month with Constant Contact & today my credit card was charged for another month that I did not request!!! I need help with suspending or canceling my account but can’t get anyone to help me!!!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty with cancelling your subscription. All cancellation requests need to go through our billing department directly, but the call should only take a few minutes or less and they won't pressure you stay. They can be reached at the times and numbers listed here.

Cancelling my account

Just spent over 30 minutes on hold waiting to talk to Billing about cancelling my account; no one ever picked up. I can't sit on the phone all day, this is ridiculous

Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. I am very sorry to hear that you've experienced a long wait. I recommend giving our billing department a call in the beginning of the day or later on in the evening as we have a lower call volume. Once you do connect the call will take a few minutes or less and we will not pressure you to stay.
