I, too, could not get thru to them. But since I used PayPal to pay, they were about to stop the recurring payments from going thru in the future.

Being a worldwide company, you should really make cancelling your account a little easier than working out time frames and when I can actually call to make contact with someone. Provide a form or an email address that one can use and verify my ID. A simple process, made difficult really! I now have to wait until Tuesday morning to call and speak to someone on an international line!
For the record, I too would like to cancel my account, and today is the last day before my next billing cycle. Unfortunately, it's a Friday, I am on the U.S. West Coast, and it's now after hours for your East Coast team. Does this mean I am stuck paying another monthly bill for a service I am not using. For the record I would like to cancel immediately before the next billing period begins, but I see no webform or e-process with which to do that. -Jess Rabourn

I have exactly the same problem. My next billing date is tomorrow (Sunday) and I can't cancel online but have to wait to speak to someone on the phone. Very frustrating.
