Their customer service to cancel an account is basically non-existant!! I've been on hold for 10 min. and I have to keep putting my customers on hold!!  This is NO customer service, they should be paying me for my time being wasted!!

I do apologize for the long wait that you experienced. We do have a Billing department that does handle all cancellations. I would suggest the best time to call is either early in the morning or later in the evening. However, due to security purposes, we do require that all cancellations be done through our Billing team by phone. While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure you  to stay active if you do not wish to do so. Their contact information can be found by clicking here. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

END SUBSCRIPTION

I cannot call you during business hours and I need to cancel my subscription. Please help! We used one email campaign and have been charged for a whole year of the subscription. We meant to do a pay for one subscription type plan. Do you offer that? Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community! Due to security reasons, we only process cancellations through our Billing team by phone. While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure you to stay active if you do not wish to do so. Their contact information can be reached by clicking here. At this current time we do not offer a one subscription type plan! What we offer is to either pay a monthly subscription or a pre-paid subscription that is contingent upon the specific plan and number of contacts, but not a per campaign subscription. I apologize for any inconvenience! Let me know if I can help with anything else!

Someone replied me i have to chat with the staff during working hours
