Need to cancel account.

Cancellation of service

There is nothing in my account settings which allows me to cancel your service. Please advise how to cancel without having to call you.

Hi you have to phone them. Be prepared to hold for while!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Due to security purposes, we handle all our cancellations through our Billing department by phone. While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure you to stay active if you do not wish to do so. For the Billing department's contact information, please click here. I would advise to contact them either early in the morning or later in the evening since those are the least busiest times. Let us know if you need assistance with anything else.

I have not been using this constant contact for at least a year. constant contact does not make it very easy to cancel. There is no way to email or chat to cancel. when your business during the day, and have the after hours to catch up. this is not very user friendly. I'm still not cancelled. You would think I could do this online very easy. then I noticed that they have adjusted bill options to suspend. No one ever told me this. Will they credit me back for all the funds they took from me for all these months while making less than user friendly to cancel the account?

We are sorry to see you go but we understand that you must do what is best for your business. In order to cancel your account, you'll need to contact our Billing Support directly. The billing department is available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST. You can find Billing department contact information here. A verbal cancellation is required for the process to be completed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Try Cancelling Your Account...Good luck

There is no such thing as cancelling an account. You'll have to wait out your term - for a monthly fee - and then when you call to find out the status of your voluntary suspended account you'll wait forever on the phone (there is no automated option available). The product is good but the customer service is a 0 out of 5 stars rating. If you think you might cancel before your contract term is over, think twice.

I'm sorry that our cancellation policy hasn't met your needs.  You're correct that you do need to call our billing team in order to cancel, but that process is usually takes just a few minutes and is relatively straightforward.  You can reach our billing department at any of the numbers listed here.
