The billing department is available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST. You can find Billing department contact information here. A verbal cancellation is required for the process to be completed. want to cancel

I do not like being pushed in to a sale. I was chatting with on person and a call from another telling me he could have a list made for me from my emails before days end. I paid him on the phone and was transferred to another to make list and they tell me that they don't make lists I have to do it myself. I was led to believe they would do this not me I can read instructions. If I had the time to do it I would not hire you. cancel my account and I will find someone to do it for me. I signed up for a 60 day free trial and in 20 min went to a $20 for 30 day now to none and request my refund. Thanks , remember word of mouth is the best advertisement ( or worst ) a company can get, especially in today's social media atmosphere.

How do I close my account? We are transitioning to a new software.

Please close my account. Please do not bill me for any further services please close as soon as possible and confirm cancellation.

Please cancel my account as well. My phone subscription does not allow international calls so I can't call the billing team. Please let me know when it is done.

An email to cancel my subscription

Please can you provide me with an email to cancel my subscription? My network provider doesn't allow me to phone an internatonal number!

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to contact us by phone. Unfortunately, due to security purposes, all our cancellations must be done through our Billing department by phone. While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure you to stay active if you do not wish to do so. Their contact information and hours of information can be found by clicking here. Once again, I do apologize for any inconvenience our cancellation process may cause. Account Closure

My account has been in suspension for quite some time. I live in Australia and have supposedly closed it twice but I see you are still billing my credit card. More often than not, the chat and contact lines are closed
