I do apologize for any inconvenience our cancellation process may have caused. Due to security purposes, all cancellations must be processed through our Billing team by phone. While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure you to stay active if you do not wish to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience but account cancellations must be processed over the phone. While we do request a call to cancel it takes only a few minutes! You'll just need to reach out to Billing Support directly for assistance with cancelling your account. They are available Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm ET.

Hello Constant Contact.

You're very smart to draw customers into your system but theres no easy way for us to get out. I am in Africa at (CMT time) I cannot conveniently phone Canada to close my account. Why is the system so inconvenient. I should easily be able to unsubscribe and terminate billing. Your website doesn't provide for this???. At least you should provide an email address that we can communicate with you. This is most inconvenient. Please assist ASAP

I need to cancel but I'm only free when you are closed... I do not like the system, there is no analytics, the ad looks like crap, no woocommerce integration at all!! I was lied to about everything.

I am sorry to hear that our product seems to be unsatisfactory. In regards to the integration, we do integrate with WooCommerce, but it is not a Constant Contact product. Therefore, we do not offer support for the integration. You can find more information on this integration in our Marketplace.

Please cancel my account - I am overseas account user and have tried mutliple times to contact you to do this but your system effectively maskes it impossible.

please cancel account during this weekend

My billing date happens to be 16th of each month. Customer Service and Billing Department are closed already until then. There must be a better way for me to submit the cancellation request during "off time" than going through community for help. Please advise asap.
