I do apologize for any inconvenience our cancellation process may cause, but due to security purposes, all cancellations must be processed through our Billing team by phone. We request to have our customers call in to cancel, so we can collect valuable feedback and suggestions from them and we leverage that information to drive improvement of our products and services, and work to continue improving the experience for our customers. please cancel account during this weekend

My billing date happens to be 16th of each month. Customer Service and Billing Department are closed already until then. There must be a better way for me to submit the cancellation request during "off time" than going through community for help. Please advise asap.

Cancel membership please

Please refund and cancel this service immediately. My shopyfy store has a email address section where it ask members to sign up. I do not need constant contact services any longer. Thank you David A Landry
