We have been using CC for a number of years now but no longer have the business therefore do no require this subscription. I find it unbelievable that the only way to cancel the account is to phone Billing direct.
I am in Australia and unfortunately when I am awake US & Canada contact centre is not. Surely there is another way this matter can be dealt with.
Can someone please advise how I can arrange a cancellation (without direct phone call) for a subscription no longer necessary due to business no longer running
