I'm sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your account. For your account security, we cannot process cancellation requests here in the Community. In order to cancel your account we would need you to call into our Billing team. Here is a link with their hours and phone numbers.

We would be happy to help point you in the right direction to suspend your account. To help maintain account security we always ask for customers to call into our Billing Support for any billing related assistance. However the good news is if you are looking to suspend your account, we do allow our international customers to do this over chat. Our phone and chat support are currently available to speak with.

I'm sorry to hear you no longer wish to use your account. At this time all cancellations require a call in to our Billing Department. These support agents are currently available to help with this request at these phone numbers.

close trial account online & stop the aggressive contacting

Make it easier to cancel and close a trial account. I was going to think about paying for your service each month but i was able to do what i needed without incurring a cost. Plus you have harassed me every day with phone calls and emails and it's made me decide to not even look at your service anymore. It's frustrating when I try a service and then get harassed and then can't even close my account.

Hello @EricaH808. I'm so sorry that this has been your experience thus far! We have updated your preferences and you should not be receiving any calls from our sales team. Your trial account will automatically close after 60 days and you do not need to take any further action. Please feel free to try out the product during that time and if you have any questions, please let us know! We will be happy to help.
