Lamento escuchar que desea cancelar su cuenta con nosotros. Sin embargo, esto es algo en lo que nuestro Soporte de facturación puede ayudarlo, ya que no podemos acceder a sus detalles de facturación aquí en la Comunidad. Llame a nuestro departamento de facturación para ayuda con esto.

According to a search I just did, this is how.

 

To cancel your account, please contact our Billing Team. Our specialists will not pressure you to keep your account. You will be asked to provide
feedback to ensure our products and services are improving for the future.

Be sure to contact us prior to your next billing date in order to avoid the next month's charges, and have the following information ready:

  1. User name of the account you want to cancel.
  2. Reason for your cancellation. We use this information to find ways to improve Constant Contact's products and service.

We'll send an email within 24 hours to your main account email address confirming your request.

I'm sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your account. With that being said, for your account security we are unable to process this request here in the Community. Instead, please call into our Billing Support directly at these hours and numbers.

I apologize there is not a link your account to cancel. At this time we do ask that all customers call in directly to our Billing Department to take this action on your account. This call allows us to maintain the security of your account and will only take a few minutes or less.

Last charge

You charged my account #347.89 on 4/10==payment was not due until 4/15. I did not authorize this payment! Please credit my charge card and close out this account. Notify me that you have done so. Thank you. Susan Newman
