feedback to ensure our products and services are improving for the future.
Be sure to contact us prior to your next billing date in order to avoid the next month's charges, and have the following information ready:

I'm sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your account. With that being said, for your account security we are unable to process this request here in the Community. Instead, please call into our Billing Support directly at these hours and numbers.
I apologize there is not a link your account to cancel. At this time we do ask that all customers call in directly to our Billing Department to take this action on your account. This call allows us to maintain the security of your account and will only take a few minutes or less.
