I'm sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your account. For your account security, we cannot process cancellation requests here in the Community. In order to cancel your account we would need you to call into our Billing team. Here is a link with their hours and phone numbers.

How to cancel subscription if i'm from Russia

Hello!

 

I'd like to cancel my monthly subscription plan. Billing date is April 28.

How can I make it without calling? Cause your international phone number isn't free for the call. We have 1$ per minute so if I'll be on hold I'll spend about the same 20$ just to cancel billing.

 

Please help me without making a call.

I apologize for any inconvenience our cancellation process may be causing! At this time to help maintain account security, all cancellation requests must be made by phone with our Billing Support directly. These calls do however take only a few minutes or less.

Need to cancel account.

i had sent a request for deleting my account 5 days back. inspite of that i was charged today for next month. i want to delete my account and also want a refund of the payment as the month has nort started and i have not used it also

Account cancellation

I use constant contact 2 or 3 months between November and February. I then cancel my account and renew later in the year. Ii canceled my account 3 weeks ago but you still took $45 from my visa. Please don't make it so hard to cancel. I have made several calls trying to cancel but get no response. Please reimburse my $45 and cancel my account.

I've taken a look at your account and don't see that you have connected with our Billng team so I wanted to make sure that you had the correct contact information for them. While we're unable to address refund or cancellation requests via the Community, due to account security concerns, our Billing team will be more than happy to assist with this.
