Thanks for posting. I am sorry the account isn't working out for you! Since your account is still in trial you don't need to cancel. It will end when the trial period is up and you won't ever need to add in credit card information.
I took a look at your account and it looks like you are in the trial period. We do not cancel these account types as they automatically expire. If you currently have another paid account, you will need to call. We also have a Toll Free UK number to call, which is listed here if you have any questions.

I took a look at your account and saw that it is a trial account. Trial accounts will close by themselves once the trial period has expired. If for any reason you choose to purchase the account then it can be cancelled afterwards by speaking to our Billing Department.
