I am sorry you want to close the account. In order to have this completed you will need to give our billing team a call. This is for the security of your account and to make sure you have a copy of all your information. Here's some contact information for you!

Hello Elizabeth,

 

I am sorry to hear you will be canceling your account. To cancel your account you will need to contact our billing deparment at 855-229-5506. They handle all cancelations.

 

If this is a temporary cancelation and you will be needing your account in the future you should look at suspending your account. To suspend: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5772-suspend-or-cancel-an-account

Cancel service

I would like to cancel the service at the end of the first month service. Please confirm cancellation as I cannot find on your website. Thanks, Jeffrey

Please cancel my account I don't need it anymore. Thank you for your service but please do not bill me again you are not authorized. I have printed a copy of this for my records.

I am no longer need the constant contact account.  I am with a new company and they have a back office with email send outs available.

I have enjoyed my Constant Contact Service, thank you being easy to use!
