I want to delete my account

How to delete my account or block it for some time, since I dont use it at this time?

I'm sorry to hear you'd like to delete your account! We ask that if you want to cancel or suspend your account, to please call into our Billing department. This is because of your account security, but also so we can collect valuable feedback that helps us improve our product. Our Billing department numbers and hours are listed here. Their hours and numbers are listed here! We also ask you to call in, as it allows us to collect valuable information as to why you are canceling, so that we can continuously improve the product. Attempting to Cancel Account

Would really like to cancel account. I have been a good customer for more than a few years, and I am not using the service. 

 

And there is no way to do this online?

 

This is absurd!

Constant Contact's business is communicating with customers by email - yet there is no way for me to contact them by email?

Thanks for your feedback! We request to have our customers call in to cancel, so we can collect valuable feedback and suggestions. It only takes a few minutes and Billing Support is available Monday - Friday, 7am - 9pm ET to assist you.

Please cancel my account and I would be grateful refund the last 12m usage - your attitude to gdpr is putting my business at risk

I'm sorry to hear you want to cancel your account with us. However to cancel your account, for your account security, we do need you to speak with our Billing Support over the phone. This also allows us to also gather important feedback in order to improve our product. Our Billing Support is available to speak to right now, here is a link to their numbers and hours.
