I'm sorry to hear that you were looking to cancel your account. For your account security, we cannot process cancellation requests here in the Community. In order to cancel your account we would need you to call into our Billing team. Here is a link with their hours and phone numbers.

Cancellation of an account

I need to cancel my account and need an alternative number as I cannot call toll free numbers from St. Lucia. Please help.

I apologize for any inconvenience but we do require you to call and speak with our Billing team in order to cancel your account. I'm so sorry you had a long wait time when calling in to cancel. Unfortunately, the only way to complete that cancellation is to call in to our Billing department. I understand that the international call is expensive, and I deeply apologize. Here are our hours and numbers for support and billing, including the international number. Again, I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure customers to stay active if they do not wish to do so.
