We are sorry you need to cancel your account! We request that you please give our Billing team a call to cancel for your privacy. While we do request a call to cancel - calls take a few minutes or less, and we will not pressure customers to stay active if they do not wish to do so. trying to cancel

Trying to cancel my account - which I have to make clear to be placed in the phone queu. Is that why I had to wait on hold for over 15 minutes, only to give up because I had another call come in?! It's ridiculous that you will not allow cancellations online when your phones are clearly understaffed.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused, and I understand that it can be frustrating to call in and have to wait. Unfortunately, because of account security, the only way to cancel is to call in to our Billing line, their hours and numbers are listed here. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

I am so sorry your wait has been so long, however the only way for us to cancel your account is for you to call in to our Billing specialists. This is due to account security, but also because we collect feedback to help improve the product. The whole call should only take 5-10 minutes to conduct, and we will not pressure you to stay.
