In order to cancel your account you'll need to contact our Billing Support directly. The billing department is available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST. You can find Billing's contact information here. A verbal cancellation is required for the process to be completed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

The times you have given are wrong! I just tried calling (12 noon Sydney time) and got the recorded message to say the office is closed. Thanks to the autosave on this forum, I can see it's now 8.09 pm where you are, so I will try earlier tomorrow.

Really it shouldn't be this complicated!!!

Hello @BalancedBusiness. I'm sorry for any confusion! I just double checked the time zones and our Billing team should be available from 12am-12pm if you are located in Sydney. Hope this helps!

Now cancelled! I would like to add one last piece of feedback...

I do not believe offering a discounted subscription to someone who is calling to cancel is a good idea. If you can give me a 50% discount when I call you to say I'm changing providers, I'm left wondering how much I've been overcharged up to this point. Rather than make me change my mind, you have confirmed I made the right decision!

but you guys have been charging me even I told you guys on the phone that I am not using the newsletter.

Hello @BetimG. I'm sorry to hear that you are looking to cancel your account. It looks like you created a Constant Contact account through a third-party called Hostgator and you will need to contact them in order to process the cancellation. Your account will remain open and billable until this is done.
