To help maintain account security we always ask for customers to call into our Billing Support for any billing related assistance. However the good news is if you are looking to suspend your account, we do allow our international customers to do this over chat. Our phone and chat support are currently available to speak with.

Hello @EricaH808. I'm so sorry that this has been your experience thus far! We have updated your preferences and you should not be receiving any calls from our sales team. Your trial account will automatically close after 60 days and you do not need to take any further action.
