I'm not sure of the specifics of your account but typically the account would be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle so you use up the time you've already paid for. Constant Contact doesn't provide refunds so if you have prepaid on the account it would be best to wait until the end of the paid time to cancel. Our billing team would be able to provide more detail for you!

Since there is no obligation or contract for our services, you can cancel at anytime. Our billing system is automated so unless you specifically call us at 866-289-2101 to cancel your account during our Billing Team's business hours, it will renew you automatically and charge you for another month.
You may send as many emails as you like for the month you pay for in advance since we only bill based upon the total number of active email addresses within your account for our Email Marketing Product. Please click here for more information.
