Cant cancel

1) Cant cancel account from the website. I don't want to call to cancel! 2) I just called, according to your hours posted here https://ui.constantcontact.com/support/live.jsp you should be open... but you're not.

I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with canceling your account. The link you provided indicated that our support team is available 7 days a week. Unfortunately, our billing team is only here Monday - Friday. In order to cancel your Constant Contact account entirely, you will need to call our Billing Department directly to have this request processed. Their contact information and hours of operation are as follows:

(855) 229-5506 for US & Canadian customers (toll-free)
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET

1-781-472-8120 for International customers
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET

0808 234 0945 for United Kingdom customers (free)
Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 a.m. GMT

Please be sure to call us prior to your next billing date in order to avoid the next month's charges. Once you have called to cancel, Constant Contact will then send you an email to confirm the cancellation to the contact email address set within your account.

Just looked at my account, and I was billed another $55 as of January 20th.  

I need this account cancelled, immediately.  

 

I've informed my credit card company to stop all charges.

Hi Joanne,

I apologize for the confusion, it does look like this was an error on our side. I've confirmed with the billing that they will be refunding the last charge and cancelling the account for you. This will be complete in 3-4 business days but may take up to a week to appear back on your credit card.

 

Feel free to check the status of this case from within your account. Click Help > My Support History > All Open Cases.

please cancel my account!

Hello,

 

I have called in December 2013 to cancel my account. I was promised a confirmation mail which I never got. Today I saw that I kept paying since, even tough I have cancelled my account. 

 

I find it very irritating that as an online company you don't offer your clients the possibility to cancel an account online. I am based in Europe and have to wait until the US opening hours, not to mention the queue on the phone....

 

Can you please cancel my account asap and make sure I am not paying for something I don't use anymore.

Cancelling Account

I think I should have the control to cancel my account when I want. It doesn't appear this is possible. I was instructed to call you. No number for Australia. Different time zones... I need my account cancelled asap (I'm just not using it). I feel this process should be much more straight fwd for the customer.
