Am I able to/How do I set up constant contact to send out automatic emails to my subscribers when I post a new blog? Do I have to login to CC to create a new email every time, or is there a way to make that happen automatically? (I'm using wordpress)

This is a great idea! However, it is not currently a function of Constant Contact. You will need to create a new campaign if you would like to share your blog posts with your email contacts. I wanted to let you know that we have a Feedback and Ideas section of the community that would allow you to get more feedback and votes from other users.

Same! Constant Contact used to have this functionality and I find it hard to believe they no longer do. does and the lack of this function may cause us to switch back. Very disappointing.
Constant Contact...had this feature years ago...updated their UI and dropped this feature...upsetting many people. I have been posting about this in the community and emailing CC begging them to make this happen...THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Dear Constant Contact, it is 2019, people have been asking for this feature to be returned for over two years since you got rid of it, is it really that hard for your team to make this happen??? is FREE and has this feature!!! We pay you, a much higher price than your competitors, yet you continue to ignore your customers and their requests. You have not innovated or come out with any new features in over two years other than adding some templates and some call to action buttons. Please divert some money from your ridiculous advertising budget and hire some people to integrate wordpress and your platform. Seriously.

With that being said, you are correct, there are some features from our previous editor that were not carried over to our Third Generation Editor templates. The option to add a RSS feed being one of them. I apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused from not having this feature. I have however tracked this feature request in your account as our Product Team is still collecting feedback on this. Because we do not have a time estimate of when it will be available, we suggest using a Read More action block connected to your post instead.
I haven't seen any comments since April but I too would like to be able to link my wordpress blog posts to my CC account.
Currently I send them out automatically via MailChimp but I have multiple CC accounts and would like to be able to link my blog to them.
Hope there is a positive response from CC.
I have found CC very helpful when I have called them so cannot imagine they will not agree to bring back this feature.
I apologize there has not been an update posted on this feature request here in the community. While we do not offer the ability to send out automatic emails for your blog posts, as mentioned previously in this thread there is the workaround of using a Read More block. Are there any features you're looking for that is not available in this Read More block? We are however always open to ways we can better our user's experience. So any details on this is helpful information to submit to our engineers.

A "work around" is not the answer to the problem. This feature existed when I signed up for CC almost 8 year ago, and then it was taken away and deleted, we are asking for it to be brought back. There are over 14,000 plugins for wordpress, one would think that with the over 5 MILLION customers that have CC paying $50-$200 a month, that they could bring back a feature that already existed. No? That is too much to ask for? It is quite ridiculous that...a FREE email service...has this feature but the company collecting MILLIONS in revenue can't get a team of people to bring back a feature that automates wordpress blog posts going to our email list.
Your "workaround" involves me writing a blog post in wordpress, then opening CC, creating an email, inserting a block, then picking my email list then scheduling my email. There is absolutely nothing about that process that is automated. That workaround is a multi step process that involves me doing more work. Wordpress is the most used website tool on the planet, there was a one click CC plugin button, it existed, we loved it, and for some reason that nobody at CC can explain to me, that feature was deleted.
PLEASE BRING BACK THE WORDPRESS PLUGIN!!!
