Why do you change a system that works? Who is going to train my 30 people on how to use it? You can no longer 'copy and paste' like the old system. Did anyone think that the people who use this are not all 'experts' and what a simple system to use? Please tell me why I should continue to pay you for a service that is too complicated for many people. There are plenty of alternatives.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your email templates. I apologize for the experience you're having with moving over to our newest Third Generation Editor. We have updated our editor to make creating emails even easier than before as these templates have drag-and-drop editing and all the templates are mobile responsive. In fact, here is an article we have to help with moving from the Second-Generation Editor to the Third-Generation Editor.
If you have multiple people working in your account I would suggest creating a master template. Creating a master template will help you save time as all you have to do is copy your master template and fill in your content. Support is also available here in the Community and by phone to help along the way!
