New fees?

I never use your stock photos and we didnt ask for any upgrades, we feel we are already paying too much for the amount of use we get out of your service and now you are raising pricing even more. We will need to evaluate this service and may leave to another email blasting service. Fidel Trevino

Hello @finditinfondren. I know that price changes are not welcome and we would hate to see you go! If you have any concerns about the pricing for your account, I recommend that you contact our Billing department. Here is a link to their numbers and hours.
