That is a great question! In most cases people will receive this type of message if they have strict security settings on their network. What I’ll usually check in this case is the domain of the person or people reporting this issue. Sometimes people who work in hospitals or schools have tighter network security settings than others. If they have similar domains then this is the likely cause and there is nothing wrong with your Constant Contact email.
