No access error message

I keep getting a message to contact the account owner for access; I am the account owner and have always had access. Hmmm

Re: No access error message

@RebekahS2 Thanks for bringing your question to the community. I am sorry you're receiving an access error message. If you're still getting the message, let me gather a bit more information and investigate further.

What action are trying to perform when you receive the message?

Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

Have you tried opening Constant Contact on another browser to see if that fixes the issue?

Also, sometimes using Incognito/Safe Mode will reveal that it might be a plugin/extension that is interfering with the site.

If that does not work please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the troubleshooting steps you have tried, and a reference to this post so we can investigate further.
