completely dissatisfied as you guys do not even send mails on package expiry...ex- your monthly plan is expiring soon....27th was my billing date, 26th was saturday n i wanted to suspend my account, your call was not even getting connected...I am not going to pay for package auto renewal now as I dnt wanna use your service in October. Very poor Support Service...atleast give suspend tab from where a customer can directly suspend the account...please get back once you get this feedback...
I am sorry to hear of this experience. It does look like your September payment didn't go through so your account is disabled.The billing for the account works like a gym membership so you are billed even if you don't use it. You do need to call in to suspend or cancel the account or it will continue to bill you. Can you give our billing team a call to get this resolved?
