Hello @CristinaT73. I'm sorry that you were not seeing the navigation bar in your account. I logged into your account and I was able to see the navigation bar while creating an email. I can't tell right away from your screenshot that you attached but were you working in a small browser window, maybe on a mobile device? Constant Contact is best experienced using a larger screen. If you do want to use your mobile device to create emails, we do have a mobile app that you can download and use.
