I am sorry to hear this! When you say "dead" do you mean the page won't load at all? What happens when you click the contacts tab--do you see a white page, a loading icon...something else?

Having the same issue with my contacts page, just shows loading forever with the "Sorry something went wrong" message whited out in the background, really need to update my contacts since I don't use the CC interfaceto allow customers to interact directly. Firefox 34.0.5
I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty loading the Contacts page within your account. I tested this in my Chrome and your Contacts came right up. Are you able to test in another browser? Are you still having the difficulty or were you able to get your contacts loaded?

Thanks for following up, Jason. Can you try launching Firefox in SafeMode so that it disables all add-ons. If this works we will be able to start narrowing down which addon is the problem.
To do this you will want to click Help > Restart with Add-ons disabled. Please try loading the page in this window.
