Just checking to see if we are getting all possible discounts, considering the recent price increase. We are not 501c3, but we are non-profit. Do we get any kind of discount for non-profit status, and if so, have we been receiving it? Sorry to say we may not be able to continue with the service considering the increase. It may not be worth it for us.
Hello @SusanG5. Your billing information can be found by clicking on My Account and then going to your Billing Information. Qualified non-profits do receive a discount of 20% off when prepaying for six months and 30% off when prepaying for a year. There is no discount when paying monthly. We would need an IRS service letter of 501(c) determination to give you this discount.
