Not receiving emails when testing or officially sending

I am sending a marketing newsletter email that I send every month.

When testing, I never receive the test.  It is not in my deleted or junk folder.

I tried sending just a blank one with no content.  I don't get that test or that email either.

At my company we have several CC accounts.  My co-workers are not having any problems sending and receiving tests and emails from their CC accounts.

 

Please advise.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. It sounds like this may be a deliverability issue which is common within business offices that have higher security settings. Try adding your from email addresses to your Safe Sender list within your email client and then try these whitelisting steps. If those do not help with receiving the emails please call into our support department so we can transfer you to our Deliverability team to troubleshoot further!
